I had a fantastic time talking about service desk automation with Liz Beavers during the Solarwinds 2020 THWACKcamp on November 12th.

True story – I was asked a couple days ago to research a potential issue. I was able to narrow down the discrepancy but needed a piece of data in order to confirm my findings. I thought we would have to rifle through a pile of signed forms but then recalled that we had implemented a service request process that captured that data. Sure enough, a quick search of the ITSM platform got me the information I needed. That’s the power of automation!

There were a number of product demonstrations but also great insight from customers such as myself sharing how we leverage tools to effectively manage IT operations.
